Proactive IT Support

Our most popular offerings are the IT Managed Service plans. These come with complete remote monitoring and management (RMM) for all of your user devices, servers and network infrastructure.

In order to achieve this, we install a small agent on each of your devices which allows us to monitor and manage your devices centrally.

Perhaps your C drive is becoming full? Our systems will automatically clean down certain parts of your machine to create space, before you even realise.

Perhaps your CPU is running high for too long? Our systems will log a ticket for an analyst to investigate and resolve before it causes you and your users too many problems.

Ad-Hoc IT Support

Not all of our customers want a fully managed service. Whilst they are the most cost effective and value for money solutions, some businesses just want help as and when required.

Thanks to our cloud based systems, our staff have everything they need to get fully connected to your device and resolve whatever issue your users are facing, wherever they’re working in the world.

Permanent Onsite IT Support

For a small minority of our customers, they have a requirement to have an engineer onsite. We are able to provide a part or full time engineer (s) to assist you and your staff day to day. 

Our onsite offering uses the same systems they would do if working from our office, but they are onsite with you, dedicated to you and your business.

Support for Inhouse IT

Perhaps you have an inhouse IT team already and require additional support to deliver your service. We can offer IT Support on a bespoke basis, to fit gaps in your IT delivery model.

We have engineers available who can cover 1st, 2nd, or 3rd line gaps in existing IT teams.

It may be you have a shortage of staff due to holiday or illness, our engineers can complement your existing team for as short, or long as necessary.
